What’s the brand of shirt you print on?
Most Social Good Life standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas brand tees, unless otherwise stated. Our shirts are the cool kind you would get from a jazzy store with a fancy tag -- except ours doesn’t cost as much. They usually run true to size with a little room so cut ‘em up or where them as is.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from Small - 2XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex tees and and are made for women and men. Women should order one size down from their regular size.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
Right now, we use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. This is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric. This will change in the future and when it does; we will update that here.
Will the designs fade?
Alas -- you will love your stuff so much that you’ll wear it all the time. Some of the prints will fade a bit after being washed a few times. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Now we can’t tell you how to keep your clothes clean (or new) but these tips below should help keep all your apparel in tip top shape:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a normal cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly. Trust us; we’ve tried.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Ordering
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We also accept PayPal.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Oh Shipping. The thing we all need but love to hate. Here’s what has been our experience to date.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Standard shipping for orders in the United States are typically shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Can I track my package?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left the production facility.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends, really. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add your favorite items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. If there was a natural disaster or some crazy force of nature (like a package snatcher) --email us.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
We hate when that happens! If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.
