Here’s what you need to know: Because every single item shipped from The Social Good Life is custom created just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or price adjustments on these items. If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make a plan to exchange it for something that will better suit your needs!
Another piece of good news is that we have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee! If you’re within the 7 day window of your purchase and decide that a different size/color would have been better suited for your fly girl (or guy), we’d be happy to issue an exchange! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, and we’ll get you taken care of!
Product arrived damaged?
If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please send us photos of the damage, along with any photos of the packaging (this helps when we file claims with the shipper), and your order number, and we will send a replacement right away! And, guess what? You don’t have to send us the damaged piece back (insert deep sigh of relief). Plus, we have no warehouse or storage of product anyway! We encourage you to donate it or gift it if possible (after we’ve received your photos). And we will personally see to it that your replacement piece is delivered to you on the backs of unicorns. (Well not really, but the rest of all that is true!)
