How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Oh Shipping. The thing we all need but love to hate. Here’s what has been our experience to date.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 – 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Standard shipping for orders in the United States are typically shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Can I track my package?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left the production facility.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends, really. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add your favorite items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. If there was a natural disaster or some crazy force of nature (like a package snatcher) –email us.
My tracking hasn’t been updated. Where is my order?
We hate when that happens! If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.
